In the hopes of moving toward a technologically progressive high school, our district is considering purchasing netbooks for students and eliminating textbooks. Our district does not charge school fees. Any suggestions on ways to insure that students do not damage or replace the netbooks. Is there legal precdent to charge for the supply of netbooks. Also suggestions on website regulation and curb of cheating?
