jr high teaming

i am looking into creative ways to team a 7-8 building with less money. bottom line is that we will have to cut staffing to operation new buildings and we will be looking at 15 teacher per grade with about 800 students. if anyone has a 8 or 9 period day with teaming and could share that or responses about the systems i would be very appreciated. I am also interested in someone who has eliminated teaming and made it work with a high school schedule.
